Supprimer caractère dans les cellules d'une colonne

Bonjour à tous.

Je cherche un code VBA pour supprimer la première lettre de chaque cellule d'une colonne si c'est un w. Je vous joins un fichier exemple. Merci à tous. Cordialement, legreffier
