How to automate data import from field service reports into Excel?

We're a services company doing work in Iraq. Field teams send us daily reports with service data – things like nitrogen pressure readings, chemical volumes, job completion status.

Right now I'm manually copying this data from PDFs and emails into Excel. Takes hours every week.

I'm looking for a way to automate this. Maybe using Power Query or VBA to pull data from a shared folder or email attachment?

We use CS-Arabia for some of our field operations, and they send structured reports. If I can get those reports in CSV format, I could probably automate the import.

Has anyone set up something similar? Looking for practical advice on:

• Extracting data from PDFs to Excel
• Automating import from email attachments
• Power Query or VBA best practices for this
