Excel ressort les occurences de mots clés ?

I'm facing a problem in excel. I have a list of sentence from which i want to count how many positive words there are in a sentence.
I have a list of around 5000 cells that are considered as positive. And around 650 cells that hold a few sentences.
So basically, when one of the cells says: 'This movie was fun to watch, the characters were interesting, and the story was good'.
So from this sentence, I want to count how many positive words are present from my list of words, and return this into a value. In this case, three words would be present, so the value returned should be 3.
Which is your Excel version ?

On peut autoriser les macros classeur par classeur d'une part, définir d'autre part des dossiers sûrs dans son arborescence, bref on n'ouvre pas la porte à tout mais on gère la sécurité en fonction du contexte.
